Meet Randy.  This North Okanagan organic farmer is living the life of his passion.  He loves maintaining his farm, fishing, camping, dream creating and enjoying a fresh trout cooked over an open fire next to one of his secret alpine fishing lakes, high up on the top of a mountain.   He truly enjoys all that nature has to offer, being especially passionate about animals.  Spending time around a campfire after dinner with a fine bottle of wine and then retiring to sleep after a great day in the bush is his idea of a perfect evening. 

 Of course most country boys also have a passion for speed, which is where Randy’s love for his custom built classic west coast chopper comes in.  Riding to far away places with no destination in mind, just to get out on the open road. 

 For those ‘around the house’ days, Randy will pass the time with his animals then cook an amazing European gourmet dish.  And don’t worry about awkward silent moments; this man is a great conversationalist.
